Important Details
We require a cash deposit of £150 before the vehicle leaves the premises.
We also need to hold a scanned copy of driver's licence to go along with the hire agreement.
A detailed inspection of the trailer is carried out before and after the hire of the trailer. A hire agreement form is to be signed by the customer in acceptance of the terms and conditions, where if there are damages occurred whilst in the care of the customer, then we are able to seek the cost of those repairs.
When hiring a trailer, it’s your responsibility to ensure it has a legal number plate. If you don’t have one, we can produce a proper plate on-site for £15.00 + VAT. To create one, you’ll need to provide your V5 registration document and a second form of ID, such as a driving licence or credit card. Handwritten plates are not legal and cannot be used.
You’ll also need to arrange insurance for the trailer during the hire period. If you’re unsure about insurance requirements, our friendly team is here to guide you and suggest insurance options to ensure you’re covered.
