Our Tow-bar Fitting Process

1. Initial Enquiry & Quote

   • Simply fill in our online form with your vehicle details and towing needs.

   • We’ll recommend the right tow-bar style (fixed flange, fixed swan neck, or detachable) and provide a tailored quote.

2. Booking Your Appointment

   • After choosing to accept our quote, we can then move onto the next process. We ask for a non-refundable booking deposit of £100, which will come off the price of your final invoice, and book you in for the day.

3. Professional Installation

   • Our trained fitters carefully install your tow-bar to manufacturer specifications.

   • Electrical wiring kits are fitted and coded correctly for your vehicle (where required), ensuring full functionality of trailer lights, caravan electrics, and safety systems such as reversing sensors or Trailer Stability Control.

4. Testing & Safety Checks

   • Once fitted, your tow-bar and electrics are thoroughly tested.

   • We ensure everything is road-legal, safe, and ready for use.

5. Handover & Support

   • We’ll show you how the tow-bar operates, especially if you’ve chosen a detachable system.

   • Our team remains on hand for aftercare, servicing, and any future towing needs.
