We aim to provide a clear and reliable delivery service so you know exactly when to expect your order.
Order Processing: Orders are normally processed within 1 working day. Collection by our courier is booked for the following working day after your order is placed.
Dispatch Times: Once collected, deliveries are sent on a 48-hour service.
Estimated Delivery Window: Most customers receive their order within 3 working days from the date of purchase.
Delivery Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the size and weight of your order.
Couriers Used: We use trusted and established courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Delivery Exceptions: Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control (such as courier delays, peak trading periods, or adverse weather conditions). If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you updated.
We understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item. Our policy follows UK consumer rights legislation to give you peace of mind.
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within the 14-day period.
After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by you, or are not in a re-saleable condition.
You are responsible for the return postage costs unless the goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
If your goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the legal right to reject them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
After 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, a refund (full or partial, depending on circumstances) will be offered.
We will cover all postage costs for returning faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods. (standard delivery only; any premium delivery services will not be refunded).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will include the original delivery cost (standard delivery only; any premium delivery services will not be refunded).
Refunds are made to your original payment method.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including return postage costs.
In some cases, we may request photos of the damage or fault to speed up the resolution.
